This page supplements the Privacy by providing more technical detail on the infrastructure used by Pit Call, on external providers and on how data is processed.
Pit Call is a SaaS platform built for matching Motorsport teams and freelance professionals.
Supabase is used for:
The following may be processed: first name, last name, email, professional data, skills, languages, experience, availability, geographic coordinates, match-related data and technical logs.
Project region: EU-Central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany).
Cloudflare and Lovable Cloud are used for:

Signing in with Google is entirely optional.
The following may be received: first name, last name, email, profile picture and the Google identifier required for authentication.

Zoho Mail is used to manage the platform's official addresses:
The following may be processed: email address, message content and attachments voluntarily sent by users.
Pit Call uses Nominatim exclusively for location search.
CARTO is used exclusively to display the market map.

Pit Call uses a proprietary algorithm.
Skills, role, availability, languages, experience, geographic position and other professional parameters are taken into account.
The result is solely a compatibility index. The final decision is always taken by users. Pit Call does not make automated decisions producing legal effects.
Contact details are shared exclusively as provided for by how the platform works.
Once shared, Teams and Freelancers become autonomous Data Controllers of the data received.
Data may not be used for marketing purposes or to build parallel databases.
Push notifications are never enabled automatically: they are activated only when you deliberately ask for them inside Pit Call and grant the permission your browser requests.
To deliver them, Pit Call stores only the technical data required by the subscription created by your browser:
Delivery always goes through the push service tied to your browser and operating system. Depending on the platform you use, this may be a service operated by Google, Apple, Mozilla or another provider chosen by your browser: Pit Call does not select it and it is not the same for every user. The message content is encrypted and the push service only forwards it to your device.
You can revoke the subscription at any time by turning notifications off in Pit Call or in your browser/system settings. The subscription is also deleted when you delete your account, through the existing deletion process, and endpoints that are no longer valid (404/410 responses from the push service) are removed automatically by the existing cleanup.
